CLAIM THAT TAKE ALMOST THE WHOLE YEAR

I mean really now. i have put in a claim for the withdrawal of my provident fund since ive resigned from the previous employer. Does it really have to take 4 MONTHS for you to pay me, Ive been contributing faithfully every month and now it takes forever for you to pay like as if i owe you the money. It ia really not fair because that is my money that ive worked hard for.

The part that irritates me the most is you dont even bother to update of the progress and when i fone your call centre i always get different response. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE FOR PEOPLE WHO WORKS IN ONE DEPARTMENT, ONE COMPANY TO HAVE DIFFERENT ANSWERS FOR ONE QUESTION?

That tells me your agents dont know what they are doing or MIBFA have a bad customer service, you only look forward to receiving our monies and not giving us what weve worked hard for.

Am really of with your customer service and your agents, who seems to be just working because they wanna get paid month end and not assist the community as it is expected of them.
