MIBFA
Discrimination and suggestions to commit

Business & Finance

I've submitted a claim for Surplus fund, I qualify for this pay out, the money is already allocated to me but my surname has changed since my first claim, MIBFA does not aknowledge my new Surname and will not pay out any money if I do not change my Surname and Banking details back to GOUS, the one that was used in the first claim that was submitted in 2004. First Surname was Gous and has changed to Pretorius. I will not change my Surname back to Gous as this is, MIBFA Call Centre agents told me the money will only be paid out if I change back to the Gous surname This is discrimination against woman, change your surname and now money will be paid out to you. THis is at it's best and they keep on telling you on the phone when they place you hold for more than an hour and 15min. BE ALET AGAINST, and then they tell me to change my surname in order to gewt the money paid out, my ID no has not changed and that is how they log in to your details just by using the ID, so what is the problem
