HOW DO ONE GET HIS MONEY FROM YOU!!!

I worked for 13 years for the same company, in which I paid my provident fund to MIBFA.
ive been retrench more then 3 months know>> I took my document in to MIBFA on 12.03.2013. it took the POST OFFICE a week to scan these documents and send it back to MIBFA>>> so they got the documents back on 19.03.2013. Every time I phone the have a bad attitude and the full of excuses. "yes but you have to remember that we had a back log due to post office strike" point is that in 13 years of paying them I never had a back log in paying them. According to law the are allowed to take three months, so today was their last day. now im being told they are STILL calculating>>> im not happy at all. I have a house to pay and children to feed. I want MY MONEY...

Three weeks ago CARMEN the Supervisor would have phone> never happened
