Still cannot get my new card

This is part 2 of my complaint as I still don't have my new card. I complained once already on Hellopeter about Standard bank because they won't deliver my new card to my work address (or else they will have to charge me R150, I explained to them that I battle to get time away from work which is why I need it delivered. I accepted that I'll go and fetch it from the branch. I was phoned today and told that my card had been delivered to HoneyRidge branch where I requested it to be sent. I managed to reschedule my meetings and got there at lunchtime, stood in the queue where there was only 1 person assisting. After half an hour I was helped, after searching for my card they told me it was at Northgate branch and hasn't been delivered to HoneyRidge yet. So I now need to try to arrange another day to get out of meetings and drive back there and stand in another half hour queue and hopefully it will be there next time? Totally unacceptable and thoroughly disappointing. I think it is Standard Bank's turn to come to the party and deliver it to me now.
