Standard Bank won't deliver new card to my work

My Std Bank cheque account card expires early next year and I received an sms asking where I want my new card to be delivered. I replied asking for it to be delivered to my work address. Today I received a call from UTI asking which branch they can deliver my card to, I asked if they can deliver it to my work address as it is difficult to get away from the office during the day. I was informed that there is a fee of R150 if they deliver it to my office. I told them to cancel the card delivery entirely. Surely with competitors offering this service for free, my own bank should be able to offer a comparable service. Quite unhappy and am now considering moving all my services to the competitor.
