Trying to contact business banker for 3 weeks

I have been trying to contact my business banker for two and a half to three weeks. You can only reach them through call centre's to which I have made 10calls, receiving reference numbers for each call, and being told that my banker will contact me within 24hours. Have also sent numerous messages on my private profile requesting that I be contacted. No results from Tyger Manor Standard Bank. Every time you reach the call centre you speak to a different person, and they too are unable to get through to the Tyger Manor branch. Absolutely shocking service and time to move my banking on.
