Was involved in an accident on the 30 November 2012 the other party was denying responsibility of this accident and I had already given up on ever getting my access back, but one lady by the name of Chasi Mncube kept me in the loop the entire time on the progress of my claim. On the 10 December 2013 I got a very unexpected call from her, informing me that my access had been recovered successfully and I'd would be paid back an amount of R2500. I'm impressed with her dedication and professionalism, would definitely recommend Outsurance to anyone and it is all thanks to their wonderful staff.
