Serious lack of inter relations from bank managers

You would think that getting your internet banking activated would be a simple task, but for the last 3 months I have been trying to get a hold of my bank manager Jane from Tyger Manor!
Whenever I phone to speak to her she's not in the office (the usual excuse I get is - she's only coming back from "who knows where" the following week), the receptionists take my phone no. but Jane NEVER phones back. The other business bankers at Tyger Manor are always busy and you end up having to wait over an hour to get to speak to one!
I tried going to other branches to get it sorted but they send me back to Tyger Manor as my account is held there!
And this is supposed to be professional personal business service. Having a personal business banker is, you don't get anything done any easier or quicker, how can I trust Standard Bank with my account if they can't even sort out a simple task! You clearly don't have my best interests in mind, and this lack of personal business relations just shows how you just don't care about your customers! Where is your running shoes - going the extra mile!! Haven't seen that happening yet! False advertising!!!
