Bad customer service!!

I contacted the Prestige Banking Call centre to request a cheque card and was advised that because it was a new card I had to go into the branch (not sure why, because about 7 years ago I kept receiving the cheque cards in the mail without ever requesting them). The call centre agent set up an appointment with me at the Tyger Manor branch with Lucille Cerforntein, reference number ASY9100.
I arrived at the branch at the agreed time on Monday 29/07/2013 only to find out the (1) Lucille Cerfontein did not work at the branch and (2) I learnt that she is a Business Banker. The receptionist did some phoning around and then asked me to take a seat. At that point I asked her is someone could see me and she said yes. After sitting there for 40 minutes, the receptionist then came to me and advised that no one could see me.
I was furious and as soon as I got home contacted the prestige line to lodge a complaint, I received a reference number 35769463 for the complaint and advise I would be contacted in 48 hours. I have not heard anything from Standard Bank yet
