Ought new car, pro-rata amount was meant to be debited, instead I was overdebited by R636 or nearabout.
despite two phone calls, refund has not been received.
i am getting nothing "out" here except my irritation. please ensure the refund is processed as a matter of urgency. in a month like december, i cannot afford to have that much money disappear from my account.
