Poor Billing and Refund Arrangements!!!

My arrangement with nedbank is to be debited every 25th but on october 21st I was debited and it bounced. Went to the Greenacres The Bridge nedbank branch and they phoned so i could talk to personal loans. I enquired and complained as to why I was debited before the 25th. I updated my banking details and They apologised and agreed to debit on September 25th. They never did only to double debit me on October 25th. R3815 times 2 making it R7630. I complained again and told them I'm being inconvenienced and requested a refund of R3815 which I arranged to repay December with my 13th cheque. They said I will have to pay arrears of R636 each month till December. Wait 7 days for the refund and I never received a cent. I struggled to survive the Whole Month due to this. 22nd November they debit R636. Why I don't know coz they never paid my R3815 back which means I don't owe them. To make it worse they debited today on November 22nd breaching the 25th agreement for the second time. Really poor billing and accounts handling on their. It's a pity I'm still stuck with them coz of their loan. Otherwise I wouldn't want anything to do with this bank. Lacks proffessionalism.
