African Bank
Still waiting for refund after more than 15days

I have a loan and credit card account with African Bank. I applied for debt counselling which meant all my debit orders would e cancelled with AfricanBank and the debt counsellors would pay an amount each month in order to get theaccount paidup. i had sent all documentation requested probablyabout 6 times in order to get a refundon the amount deducted frm my account after debit orders were meant to be cancelled but were still debited from my account. i have been in contact wit them every dayto get this refund it is now 15 days or more later and still have not been advised when this refund will be made. NOT ON!!!
