I am currently unemployed, I hav notified them and they continue to harrass me and threaten me, I looked into my account and found that according to my bank statement that was supplied to them at time of application shows that I did not afford the loan. I submitted this evidence and they "so called investigated " my accusation and deny it. I did the calculations and my debit orders on my account left a balance of R500 without living expenses been taken into consideration or my sons school fees and yet I "can afford" additional installments of R1700pm also I had 2 judgments as well as 2 bad debt accounts and low emperica scores. I do not know how they conducted their investigations as I hav proof of this. I want these accounts closed and the harrassment to stop.
