Policy Cancelled after claim

I have been insured with Santam via brokers for almost 5 years and had minor claims in the past. Unfortunately this year has been one of those years where anything and everything went wrong. I had to claim on both our cars and two weeks ago were affected by the major storm whereby I had to claim for personal content that got damaged in the storm. After complying and jumping through hoops to prove that my personal items were damaged they finally agreed to pay out on the amount insured. I received notification yesterday afternoon that my claim was approved and the money was paid out to me, but this afternoon I received a letter from Santam that they are cancelling my policy. Is this how Santam operate? All their marketing on the social media about being insured with the best but when life happens and you need to claim they cancel your policy stating they have the right to do so. I am appalled in the manner Santam handled this and find this type of practice disgusting. Does this portray their values as an organization? I feel robbed, they take your money for years but as soon as you have a major claim they cancel the policy. Is this not why it is called insurance, in case life happens
