I'm insured through FNB but Santam holds the Policy. I put in a claim for VET expenses which is covered in my policy on 28 Aug with FNB. Between them and Santam they lost the papers so it was done again this week. I received an sms with the claim number on the 10th of Sep. I phoned today, Friday the 13th, and are told now an assessor must be phoned at which there is no answer [Friday afternoon??? ]. Why is this taking so long to finalize and why is an assessor appointed for a VET expense on work that was done to my cat??? To the damage to the cat??? Is this a vehicle, must pictures be taken of the cat??
This is ridiculous. I supplied the VET bill or phone the VET to verify if you don't trust me.
Just sort this out please - between FNB and Santam!!
