I made a withdrawal @ an FNB ATM on the morning of the 25/11/2013 and I never got the cash received a notification to contact my bank, like wise I did and the call centre agent told me to call back on the 26/11/2013 as its not showing on that particular day, the next morning I did like wise and was told the turn around its 6 days, six days passed no feed back no response nothing, phone on the sixth day and was told my matter will be escalated . today its the 10nth day I haven't received any feed back from my trusted bank. please advice as I need my monies. please advise or can someone assist.
