Very bad service

On the 30/08/13 I went to your branch and placed an enquiry that the atm did not take out the money and the transaction went through. I was given a ref. 5482 0344, and was told the matter would be resolved within 15 days. 15 days passed by and i didn't get any feed back.

On the 20/09/13 i called to enquire again, and i was now told that the enquiry was sent to th wrong department and it was not the 15th day but now it was only the 9th day and i should again wait for a further 6 days and i would get feedback. No feedback was given to me and the money hasn't been returned. I sent two emails and did no get feed back

I would like to know what should i do because i have been patient in this whole matter. Today i went to Standard bank branch in Midrand Boulders mall and they told me there is nothing they can do. Tell me about customer service!! Then decided to go to Carlton Centre branch and there a consultant was able to call the responsible department, which happens to be Gigima, and they said the query was logged incorrectly. So they will refund my account the next day. I had to follow up for myself to find help. Hope the other banks aren't so dismal
