NO FEED BACK

We bought a seround sound Telefunken tht 7100 5.1ch comp on the 2013/05/13 for the amount R2999.00 Cash.
We had it for two weeks then it broke i took it back to get fixed and till now No Feed back.
We must phone them to get Feed back, thy tel me every day they will call me back to get my refund. Till now 36 days later we still got no feed back. I attempt to phone the manager just now and there is no answer.
