Let down by legal wise

I ws involved in an accident last year October where my car was hit from the back.the other person was at fault n because she was driving someone else's car, who also ddnt have car insurance like me, said she was gonna pay for the damages.the lady started avoiding me and I had to take the matter to legal wise because she said I must take her to the lawyers.i did that early November and I was very happy with the way the matter was initially handled by the consultant Amanda.she made me hopeful that the situation was going to be sorted in no time.then weeks went by and called legal wise and I got feed back saying a letter was delivered to the culprit and I must wait 14 days then il get other feed back.today is February 2014 and im stil waiting.i have been calling and calling but nw the consultant is always busy she never calls me back.my car is still like that and it will cost me R22000 to fix it which im still trying to come up with.the culprit continues with her life as if nothing happened and she drives her own car now, and im stuck with a scrapy car.i thought I could trust legal wise but im so disappointed.i dont know what to do please please help me im desperate, I need justice.
