Struggling to clear my name

This is pathetic service. How long does it take to clean ones name when the account has been paid off for more than a year, even when you send proof. Every time I contact the call centre to find out what is going on I get different stories. I was told from the beginning this will only take 5 to 7 working days. This is a joke. I am tired off waiting and wants answers before close off business 10/12/2013. I will go to the consumer act as this is pathetic service. Don't make promises to customers if you can't keep to it.
