I paid up and settled my blue bean gold card in December last year. i have my settlement letter and payment history from them. On transunion I'm listed as paid up but 150 days in arrears, on Experian for the same account listed as owing R3915.65, 8 months in arrears. I disputed both with the bank and credit bureau's, and Rendani from Std Bank sent the wrong info to Transunion AGAIN, even though I had mailed the settlement letter to Std Bank legal. Even though I was in arrears many years back, I paid this account every month for 4 years, never missed a payment, and settled early. Rendani's number is NEVER answered, and the various other people at the call centre give vague promises and instructions but nothing happens. I have a baby boy born 7 weeks premature and in an incubator, and I cannot access funds in my bond to pay for this because of this PATHETIC service. P.S I had a similar problem with a Nedbank card, and they sorted it out in a week???
