Incorrect blacklisting

After a long and frustrating struggle to find the reason for one of our suppliers blocking our account, I was informed that we have been blacklisted by Transunion Credit Bureau. After much more frustration with Transunion, Transunion informed me that CIPRO reflect our business status as "in process of deregistration". I had our auditors check with CIPRO, who confirmed that our status is "in business" i.e. nothing wrong! Upon informing them, Transunion's attitude was that "you can lodge a complaint by mailing to..." instead of fixing their error immediately and apologising to us and to our supplier for providing them with wrong information! We lost a lot of goodwill and business from our customers and we are considering legal action against Transunion and/or our supplier.
