I sennt arequest to TransUnion on the 13th of May 2013 requesting that the update my profile as I have paid up my Woolworths account.
I sent a second request on the 20th of June with supporting documents. In September I contacted them again and I was told that they havent updated it because they are waiting for Woolworths to send proof of payment even though I had done that before.
TransUnion advised that I must log a Dispute, I reluctantly did this as I had proof that Woolworths had sent a request to update my profile a couple of time with no action.
I sent all the dispute documents to them on the 9th of September and I was advised that it will take 20days for the query to be sorted. To this day, nothing has been done and I havent received any feedback from them.
Their manager, Bongani Mhangwane is not responding to my 3 emails I sent him.

This kind of service is totally unacceptable, pathetic and atrocious!!
