I logged a complaint one week ago and no one sent me my claim nr and no one has been in contact with me. I have called numerous times to no avail. My calls have mounted to more than 50 minutes holding. I have emailed 3 times and no reply. The person in charge ia apparantly elsabe. Im soooo annoyed as im going on holiday and my gate is inoperative. Never seen such bad service!!!
