I have had to contcat Budget Insurance at all instances regarding the progress on my claim, I have been holding for 10 minutes for someone to answer my call. On Friday, they calls were auto answered and I could hear the people tlking about their weekend plans, I called 4 times in a row, and the same happened. I was promoised that Zama would contact me, she never did, its been 3 weeks now. then I spoke to Wendy, also proised to contact me 3 later, its been a week now. It is an extremely painful experience, please can I have an accountable person contact me.
