Damaged goods deliverd and poor after sale service

I ordered and paid for a Ryobi electric driver around the 23rd of September 2013, It arrived on the 9th October, when I opened the package I noticed immediately that the outside packaging was clearly old and damaged, I opened the box and the driver was clearly second hand, dirty, scratched and the parts were rusty, I immediately emailed Groupon, they asked for pictures which I sent on the same day. I emailed numerous times and called them, with no reply emails or follow up phone calls. I have called and emailed so many times I have lost track of all correspondence. This is still going on 4 weeks later. Every person has told me something different, with no trace of my previous complaint or calls, with the last person telling me they need to collect it in order to refund me. That was a week ago and I am still waiting for collection or refund. The last person I spoke to said that they can only process the refund once they collect the damaged goods, why was it not collected a month ago and I am also not happy with the fact that I will only be refunded after they have the driver as I have no guarantee I will be refunded considering the service I have received thus far.
