6 Weeks later and still no reply!

One of our water pipes leaked. Our wooden floors were damaged. We forwarded our claim to Standard Bank Insurance on the 3rd of December. After several calls and holding on for up to an hour at times, 6 weeks later and still no reply. We paid the damages ourselves already on the 8th as we could not stay in our home like that. All reply I do get when I do get to speak to someone is that our claim is now at the Private Banking side. I am then transferred to the responsible person... 50 minutes later I was still holding on. This is ridiculous, why do we pay so much for a policy that is not helping when we do need the help! And 6 weeks later no response?? Claim number 12/088044
