Arrange Payment But Am Under Debt Review

I just recieved a phone call from Hi Finance (Luthando Paseni) to arrange payment with them to pay my account. I have been under debt review for nearly a year already and yet still I am recieving phone calls from them and smses demanding payment.

Everytime they contact me, I simply ask them to send me a e-mail stating that they are requesting payment which I can then forward to my debt counselor, always with the same reply, "We cannot send E-mails". What financial institution can not send e-mails? That is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard.

Please Hi Finance get your act together.!
