I had a loan with Brauma finance, wich was handedover to HTN attonerys, due to unforseen circumstaces, i was indebted and had to apply for debt review, when the process was still to be finalizes, i received a visit from there so called debt collector, he expalined to me that he is send by Brauma and they want me to make arrangements about payment, i explained my fanincial standing to him, he said my debt review was cancelled, i told him as i am paying debtreview i can only manage to pay R300.00 Pm, he assured me he will negotiate, i must send him my expenditure list and current payslip, to his email which is [Email Removed] ever since i never heard a word from him no debit oder went through, i send a email to htn informing them about my debt review and was only told i will be garnished, why does your employee to us. can some 1 explain
