No one available in Claims Dept

Good Day,

Please with an authorisation of a claim.

I have trying to get hold of your claims Dept. the whole day with no luck, on the 0860 55 55 23 the moment I select the claims option the call gets cut of or I go through the massage dept. who promised that someone will be calling me within an hour and that was 3 hours ago.

I have a dent on the side of my door that needs to be fixed and the panel beater (Club Motors Fountains Approved Repair Centre) promised to assist only of I get authorization by tomorrow of which by the lack of service you guys provide seems to be a dream.

Please assist and get someone to call ASAP as I need my car fixed before the holidays.
