Panel beater not paid since 23 Feb 2013

Claim No. 00075646. Policy No. 1319746. My vehicle was fixed after a motor car accident. I received it on 23 Feb 2013 and am very satisfied with the work done. FNB ISURANCE CLAIMS Dept hasn't paid the panel beater yet. FNB asked for an invoice, which was sent 3X to GRETA MALOPE. She is not answering a telephone call, fax or her e-mail regarding this problem, neither does LIMOCIA COVE. I called the following numbers (17 times): 0875774088, 0877367727, 0877367718, 0877367716, 0860645801 and 0860328328. If I get to speak to someone, they transfer you to... nowhere... they cut the connection. The panel beater phones me everyday, because I am an employee of FNB!..and ashamed to say so. Please... any suggestion's?
