I had an accident on the 29th of November and reported my claim the same day. I was told that I can use my own panel beater as the one assigned to me is closed over December. This was on the 4th of December. I have been requesting the necessary documents since then and have still not received them. I was told that I would receive the documents on Friday and still havent got them. My car was scheduled to go into the panel beater this morning at 08:30, but because I still dont have the documents, I cannot send it in. So, yet again, I am delayed by another day because of the lack of support and service.
Not acceptable!!
