Hassle Free Claims... My foot!!

I was involved in an accident on sat 22/12/13. My vehicle was towed away by a Miway approved co. I have been trying to get hold of the claims dept since then, left countless messages and was put on hold so many times but havent been able to start the claims process!! I am very disappointed n frustrated at the lack of service. Could somebody please get claims dept to get off their backsides and assist
