First National Bank
32 day account - what a load of bull dust

Business & Finance

I am very upset and so the in for FNB misleading their clients! As per last year I started with a 32 day savings account. As it does stipulate, you are only allowed to draw your finances after 32 days OR if you have an emergency at hand we can assist you. Now you phone the main contact line for general queries whereby they tell you to contact your nearest branch, they will assis but it will be at a cost of R 250. No problem at all, so I contacted FNB Horizon whereby I explained my story and got told " no matter if you pay R 250 or not it depends what you need the money for."??? No 1. This is MY money! No 2. You do not have the right to refuse me my finances! No 3. Who are you to tell me no matter if I pay the extra R 250 or not it does not mean that I can get my money? No 4. I do not need not all of my savings, but only some for I have an emenrgency that is personal OK!?!?!?!?!?! And seeing that this is the way you treat your "clients", I think it time to change my bank!
