Savings pocket account put on"HOLD"

I have been a loyal FNB customer for close to 16 years and have never experienced problems until recently. I have an online Savings pocket account and am unable to transfer or deposit money in the account and this has been an ongoing problem for more than a year now. I have made the necessary follow up and yet no one can assist me. I spoke to a couple of people at the Frankfort branch and they keep promising to return my call but they never do. I have been referered from one person to the next without any solution or explaination. I then went to an fnb branch in jhb main street and they told me my branch has put a 'hold' on my account and i need to go all the way to the Free State to resolve the matter!!! how rediculous is this, no one contacted me to inform me they are putting a hold on my account and now im expected to drive all the way to the free state to resolve this??!? what guarantee do i have my query will be resolved at my branch if they cant give me answers over the fone!!?? this is not on, there is absolutely NO WAY im driving to Frankfort for this, if this matter cannot be resolved then close my account, refund me my monies... F*bank can take me in as their customer!!
