I attempted to draw money at a FNB atm on the 3 Dec only to get a slip that says we have encounted a problem please contact your nearest fnb branch and no money I did however get an sms confirming that the money has been deducted from my account. Now I have sent through a dispute but why when it is by no fault of my own should I have to wait 5 working days to get my own money back. Time to change banks!!!
