I have a savings account with Capitec Bank, since i have had this new Globe chip card, i have had nothing but problems, i had my December salary paid into my savings account, bought all the things i need to buy and received sms to say what my balance was, paid rent etc, then on the 6 of Jan 2013 i received sms after sms with the some amounts of what i spend at game, pick n pay, then my account was in a negative, all Capitec could tell me was that all the big shops did their banking later, i then had to pay the outstanding balance R2500 odd out of my own pocket, i was then ok with my savings account, then on the 1/5/2013 i had my leave pay, paid into my joint account and i could not transfer the money into my savings account as the system was offline, so i had to drive all the way to capitec to draw the money, on the 24/5/2013, i had to transfer money again into my savings account as i was not close to a capitec atm, money went though but the savings was on a R0.00 balance, but i transferred R550 over, i then went to capitec and they told me that my account was in a negative balnce and they told me that i draw money out of my savings account when the system was offline, never did
