Two weeks wait for professional account

I recently graduated from medical school and decided that I would contact a sales consultant to arrange a medical professional account. I met her on Thursday the 28th November and giving the necessary documentation. I waited a week and contacted her on the 5/12/13 but to my shock nothing had been processed and it would only be done on that day that i called. I am upset that I had not received any information/contact before I called. Now, I am receiving card only on the 12/12/13 from the courier company. I would have preferred getting my card last week as I have things to do and wanted to do but could not due to late delivery.
