Transporting my vehice without my permission

I had a car accident in which my car got written off and when I went to collect my car at the Panel Beater, I was informed that Manda Sims (claim assessor) had removed my car from the Panel Beater (15km from where I stay) to SMD which is in Boksburg (more than 50km from where I stay). I did not give Manda Sims any permission to remove my car from the Panel Beater.

I managed to get hold of her and she told me to drive all the way to Boksburg and let her know once I get there. When I got to SMD in Boksburg, she started ignoring my phone calls and emails. I spent 3 hours at SMD in Boksburg trying to get hold of Manda Sims until SMD closed their offices.

Frankly speaking, Manda Sims discriminates and I do not know why MiWay employ such people in the first place. I had numerous issues dealing with her. All I want is to have my car returned to the Panel Beater because I gave no one the permission to remove my car from the Panel Beater. My claim number is C493335.
