My boyfriend and I were standing in the que waiting to be served for about 45 minutes, we had noticed that the business teller was open to the public, the woman entered the room and told us all to get off our phones as its a security risk, no one listened, she returned with a security guard and told us again. My boyfriend had asked her if its such a risk why they don't just switch the signal off in that room, she told him that she doesn't have to justify herself and told him to read the sign that said no cell phones, my boyfriend then agreed with her but told her to read the sign that said business teller and asked her to listen to her own signs first, he asked her why only 2 tellers were open when the bank is obviously busy she told him they were all on leave but with an attitude my boyfriend told her its not his problem she just walked away. This is not the first time I have experienced bad service from this woman and she is the reason I WILL NOT go back, previous times she has made snide remarks when I have turned to walk away. She needs to work on her customer service and manners.
