Trapped in the bathroom

Hi

My boyfriend and I went to this McDonalds 2 weeks ago and while he was going to stand in the queue I went to the bathroom. I went into the stall and discovered there was no toilet paper. I went to leave the stall and as I went to open the lock I noticed it was cracked and was missing screws when I tried to open it, it wouldn't open. I phoned my boyfriend and asked him to send someone and waited what seemed ages before the manager came. I had told my boyfriend to ask her to bring a star driver to get me out. when I asked her if she had one she said she did but after numerous times of explaining to her she wouldn't be able to open it from the outside I finally demanded she give me the driver. when she gave it to me it was a thin cheap butter knife. I gave it back to her after it failed to turn a and my boyfriend in sheer frustration came in after 20 mins and kicked down the door. I received no apology and received serious attitude when I insisted on laying a complaint, I called the call centre and was told she would have a hearing but have had no follow up.
