Appalling customer service!!!

On Saturday, 23 March 2013 my boyfriend and I decided to go to Game in Canal Walk to buy a set of computer speakers which we once saw. Whilst at the back, where the electronics are sold, there was no sign anywhere of the speakers so we decided to go and find assistance, which is when we came across a woman in a red jersey which looked like a security company, my boyfriend asked if she worked there and she replied NO, while she applied her Vix vapor rub to her lips, at the same time as chewing her gum, so we accepted what she said and moved on to look for help from somebody who did, only to find NO ONE! She was still standing there and I went back to her, and I asked if she work there to which she then replied yes, obviously she was just lazy the first time. It took her so long to find someone to help us, we decided to leave, because had they the product we were looking for at 1000% discount, stores like that DO NOT deserve support! And this is most definitely not the first time!
