First For Women Insurance
Omitted information!!!

I recently got an offer to purchace a house which will include legal advice on the proceedings, which brings me to my complain. I have a value added policy with First for women which also has Legal assist in it. But to my suprise when I called wanting to get the assistance which I have ben paying for, they gave me the run around and told me they do not cover that and I would have to pay for this out of my pocket if I need this kinda help.

This is unacceptable and I now know not to trust them ever again. They omit all the useful information which customers need to know. They just lost a valuable customerl!!!
