Same issue as pgrobler:
"Your Nedbank Personal Loan xxxx DECEMBER instalment will be deducted on 20/12/2013. For enquiries or to opt out please call us on 0860103116 by 10 Dec"
This is unacceptable that Nedbank expects me to use my time and resources to prevent them from taking undue liberties.
