Taking forever and a day

I emailed Nedbank last week on the 04 March 2013, and to date no response. My personal loan is currently on the maximum instalment and I would like to have it changed to the minimum instalment. The interest rate being charged on my loan is currently 32.10% which is daylight in itself, however on their website they note that the interest rate that should be linked to my instalment is 31%.
Can someone please contact me as a matter of urgency as I would like this changed before the next debit order run.
