I have had a painful experience with Absa and it just wont end. I have been requesting a settlement letter the whole week for my credit card and had nothing but pathetic service to date. No letter or confirmation still. The systems are as they cannot assist you immediately. No-one ever calls or emails back... i get transferred 100 times and still get no help. To make matters worse my credit card was cloned 3 years ago. To date i have had no feedback on what happened instead i get called and harassed and told that i am over on my credit card - REALLY!!! I don't have the energy to go through all my drama with ABSA but i will say it is still in the stone ages. The staff are incompetent. They are just USELESS and getting fat off peoples hard earned money. IM TRYING TO SETTLE MY ACCOUNT BUT IF YOU DONT WANT MY MONEY - DON'T SEND LETTERS IN A MONTHS TIME... OR MAYBE THE BALANCE I OWE IS A XMAS PRESSIE THANKS PATHETIC ABSA!
