I went to the USA recently from the 26/10/2013 - 02/11/2013. I called Nedbank to notify them about my trip. On the 24/10/2013 I was notified that a caution hold was placed on my card, after several calls (REF:65123540) i still have not had any feedback, no explanation, nothing even after sending an email through to Paul (who originally sent me the email).

I find this situation unacceptable as I called in to inform the bank that I was out of the country at this time and I was assured that there would be no hiccups.

This was a major inconvenience and very costly for me.
I could have been stranded in the USA.

Could someone phone me and explain to me why and a solution to this. I am VERY unhappy.
