Money was withdrawn from my Nedbank savings account (whilst my card is still in my possession) on 15 January 2013. I reported the matter to Nedbank Paarl Mall on 16 January 2013. Up to date I have received no response from Nedbank. It has put my finances under severe stress and I am still struggling to make ends meet. The bank was very unsympathetic when I called to enquire and just reminded me that their turn around time to resolve such matters is between 6 to 8 weeks. I am unhappy and aggrieved about this.
