Sudden increase in Premiums

I was paying 1650/months for a car and content. Suddenly at the anniversary it increase by 20% to 1967.32 without any notification nor a reason explaining why. I have called to inquire twice till now and was given a reference on Saturday (3065005609) and said that they will get back to me on Monday. Monday i called again still no response.
