My bond gets deducted every month frm my salary, but it did not go off 30/11/13.I contacted the h/loan dept the 1/11/2013 to increase my debit. Which was not deducted I contacted the home loan depart 3/11/13 & spoke to an consultant BONGANI to ask why the debit did not go off as instructed&as it has been going off my acc for the past year, he bluntly ask me if I have funds in my acc. My response was obviously I have funds in my acc hence my?? He told me he does not know why, but will arrange it to be debited for the 4/11/13.Because it still has not gone off, I contacted them again&spoke to Rowan Happie&he also could not give me a valid answer. It still has gone off my acc 5/12/13, so I decided to go to my branch in CLMNT C/TOWN.A consult Desire contacted the Home Loans Dept in JHB&spoke to a Joanne. She said that an amount of R2738.38 has been debited today 5/11/13, this did not indicate in my account, but yet I still receive reminders on my cell phone which I cannot handle no longer. I will with immediate effect put a stop order now to the d/order&will pay my BOND IN CASH.This is a bad reflection on us. We are now being held responsible to pay the arrears which is not our fault.
